Warranty Policy
At ACTbikes, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy for each brand that we carry. We understand that each brand has its unique warranty policy, and we ensure consistency with the brand's warranty policy. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. By purchasing from ACTbikes, you can enjoy the dual customer support provided by ACTbikes and the brand.
Length of Warranty
Every bicycle has a useful product lifespan. This limited warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the frame or components can never be broken or will last forever. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur within the normal lifespan and use of the product.For YOUNG ELECTRIC E-bike, the serial number is the certificate for after-sales (warranty). Before purchasing, please check the serial number in detail. In case of a worn serial number, please do not purchase the E-bike. The electric bicycle serial number is noted on the Master Carton and the bottom tube of frame. The battery serial number is noted on the battery pack.
Warranty Conditions
This limited warranty applies only to the original owner of the bicycle and is not transferable to subsequent owners or other transferee of the electric bicycle. Only the original owner of an electric bicycle purchased from YOUNG ELECTRIC online or YOUNG ELECTRIC authorized distributor or retailer is covered by Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the electric bicycle and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period or any sale or transfer of the electric bicycle to another person, and under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the electric bicycle.
Bike Frame: 5 year warranty
All other mechanical components: 1 year warranty
Electrical components: 2 year warranty
For any warranty claim to be considered, the E-bike must be in an assembled, reasonably clean and sanitary condition and accompanied by the original, dated sales receipt for the bicycle (be sure to keep your receipt in a safe place!). This limited warranty is void if the bicycle is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper assembly, lack of proper maintenance according to the owner’s manual, alteration, modification, installation of incompatible parts, corrosion, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
This limited warranty is void if the bicycle is used in a rental or bike sharing program.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. It is the owner's responsibility to regularly inspect and properly maintain his/her bicycle. Some items that typically exhibit damage from normal wear and tear include:
Bearings, Bearing races, Chain rings, Cassettes, Tires, Tubes, Saddles, Chain, Brake pads, Brake Disks, Wheel Hubs, Spokes, Handlebar Grips, Cables and housing, Bushings
Damage to a Covered Component during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty, but YOUNG ELECTRIC will replace such damaged Covered Components if you:
● Notify YOUNG ELECTRIC of a Covered Component damaged in the shipping process within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the electric bicycle;
● Provide YOUNG ELECTRIC with a dated picture of the damaged Covered Component;
● Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the electric bicycle;
● Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.
● Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the electric bicycle for damage upon receipt.
Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure is not covered by this limited warranty. All labor charges for warranty service, including the transfer of components and/or any installation of new components, are the responsibility of the bicycle owner.
Due to product evolution and obsolescence (such as products that have been discontinued or are no longer kept in stock), some frames or components may not be available for older or limited edition models. In these cases, YOUNG ELECTRIC may elect to provide a replacement that it determines to be the most nearly comparable model, but sourcing and paying for components is the responsibility of the bicycle owner.
All determinations under this limited warranty will be made in the sole discretion of YOUNG ELECTRIC, including but not limited to the decision to repair or replace a defective product, and what replacement product is the most nearly comparable product then available.
THE REMEDIES STATED ABOVE ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES AND DAMAGES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE APPLICABLE ARE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES TO OTHER PROPERTY, OR ANY PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY YOUNG ELECTRIC ON ITS FRAMES AND COMPONENTS, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION HEREIN. ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE IMPLIED BY LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED.
PLEASE REFER TO THE DOCUMENTS INCLUDED WITH YOUR BICYCLE FOR POSSIBLE FURTHER RESTRICTIONS.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES THE CONSUMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. THE CONSUMER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF IT IS DETERMINED BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION THAT A CERTAIN PROVISION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY, SUCH DETERMINATION SHALL NOT AFFECT ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER PROVISIONS SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT.

1. Warranty Period
Each of our products is backed by a Limited Warranty. The duration of the warranty varies based on the product category and manufacturing standards. Specific warranty details for your product can be found in the product manual or on our website.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please retain your proof of purchase to validate your warranty claim.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorized repair or modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Products outside of the warranty period or damages not covered under this warranty can be repaired at a reasonable cost if applicable ( Determined by CRAVOT).
3. Claiming Warranty Service
To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty process and provide necessary support.
4. Repair/Replacement Policy
Qualifying products that are damaged due to non-human factors will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period. Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished but will function like new.
We strive to ensure that the repair or replacement process is quick and seamless.
5. Return Policy
Not satisfied? No problem! You can return your purchase within 30 days of the receipt. Just keep it in good shape and in its original packaging. Buyers cover shipping for non-quality related returns. After 30 days, CRAVOT will decide on return eligibility. We're here to make your CRAVOT experience great!
6. State Law Considerations
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state in the United States.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
It is crucial to follow the instructions provided in the product manual for proper use. CRAVOT is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from improper operation or handling of the product.
This disclaimer of liability includes but is not limited to personal injury, damage to property, or any other losses incurred due to non-compliance with the provided instructions.

All ZiiLock products, and their individual Covered Components, are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year. This Limited Warranty is applicable to all ZiiLock purchases and in accordance with the following terms:
● This Limited Warranty only applies to the original owner of an ZiiLock purchased from ZiiLock’s online or physical storefront.
● The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the ZiiLock and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period or any sale or transfer of the ZiiLock to another person, and under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the ZiiLock.
● The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts as listed below. All listed parts are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.Listed parts:Waterproof cover, lock bracket.
This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
Wear and tear of any listed part.
Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation straps, keys).
Any damage or defects to listed parts resulting from failure to follow instructions in the ZiiLock owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the ZiiLock as sold, operator error, water damage, or improper follow-up maintenance.
For the avoidance of doubt, ZiiLock will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
The lock is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO A ZiiLock OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF ZiiLock.
All SDREAM e-bikes, and their individual Covered Components, are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year. This Limited Warranty is only applicable to United States e-bike purchases and in accordance with the following terms:
● This Limited Warranty only applies to the original owner of an e-Bike purchased from SDREAM's online or physical storefront.
● The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the e-bike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period or any sale or transfer of the e-bike to another person, and under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferees of the e-bikes.
● The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts as listed below. All listed parts are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.
Electrical parts:
Motor, controller, display, battery, speed sensor, torque sensor.
Mechanical parts:
Forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, throttle, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware.
● All listed parts will only be shipped within the continental United States.
This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
● Wear and tear of any listed part.
● Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes).
● Any damage or defects to listed parts resulting from failure to follow instructions in the e-bike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the e-bike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
● For the avoidance of doubt, SDREAM will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
● The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN EBIKE OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF SDREAM.
Credit Card Chargebacks:
If any e-bike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the e-bike, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.
CLAIMS PROCESS:
● Contact the ACTbikes Service team by email at support@actbikes.com. The Service team will initially work with you on the problem with your e-bike to identify potential simple fixes.
● If the Service team determines that a listed part must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective listed part and receiving the replacement.
● After you receive the replacement listed part, the Service team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new listed part into your e-bike.
● You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a listed part, unless ACTbikes agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs. Replacement listed parts under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.
FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED LISTED PARTS MUST BE PROVIDED BY CUSTOMERS, OTHERWISE ACTbikes WILL NOT REPLACE ANY LISTED PART UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
