Qualifying products that are damaged due to non-human factors will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period. Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished but will function like new. We strive to ensure that the repair or replacement process is quick and seamless.
5. Return Policy
Not satisfied? No problem! You can return your purchase within 30 days of the receipt. Just keep it in good shape and in its original packaging. Buyers cover shipping for non-quality related returns. After 30 days, CRAVOT will decide on return eligibility. We're here to make your CRAVOT experience great!
